On Doomsday fight at the end you can trap him in the barn if you want, its an easy way to finish that alert off. simply grab the canaster when it becomes available and make sure he is chasing you, go under the stairway to your right and he will get stuck there, that way 2 ppl can stay in the barn hitting him while the other 2 go to turn in the canister.
